​ ​Refund Policy (for Online Study Materials)

Vidhyashram Defence And Coaching Centre strives to provide high-quality online educational resources. Our refund policy for online study materials (e.g., test series, model papers, online course modules) is as follows:

  • No Refunds After Access/Download: Generally, no refunds will be issued once online study material has been downloaded, accessed, viewed, or streamed (even partially). This includes instances where access links have been provided and clicked. This policy is in place due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital content.

  • Technical Issues Preventing Access: A full refund may be considered only if you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading the purchased online study material, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24-48 hours) after you report it.

    • To be eligible, you must contact our support team at vidhyashramci@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase, providing clear details and screenshots/evidence of the technical problem.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same online study material more than once, please contact us within 24 hours of the duplicate purchase. A refund for the duplicate transaction may be processed, provided the material has not been accessed multiple times. An administrative fee of 5% may apply.
  • Incorrect Material Purchased: Refunds are generally not provided for purchasing the wrong material. Please ensure you carefully select the correct test series or model paper before completing your purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with Content: Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with the content, difficulty level, or perceived effectiveness of the online study material once it has been accessed. We provide detailed descriptions and, where applicable, previews to help you make informed decisions prior to purchase.

How to Request a Refund:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to vidhyashramci@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your request:

  1. Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
  2. The exact name of the online study material purchased.
  3. Date and time of purchase.
  4. A detailed explanation of the issue (especially for technical problems), including any relevant screenshots or error messages.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
